How can I file a grievance or complaint?
If you have a concern or complaint, you can file it through our investor grievance mechanism. Visit the “Investor Complaint” section on our website, fill out the form with details of your complaint, and our team will address it promptly.
Can I practice trading before using real funds?
Yes, We offers a demo trading feature where you can practice trading with virtual funds. It’s an excellent way to familiarize yourself with the platform and test strategies without any financial risk.
What is ADFM and how does it protect my funds?
We have introduced Automated Direct Fund Mode (ADFM) to give investors full control over their funds.
With ADFM:
You deposit your margins directly.
You receive withdrawals directly into your own bank account
No broker handles your funds at any stage
This means your funds stays safe, transparent, and fully under your control, while brokers focus only on providing service and support.
How can I withdraw funds from my account?
Funds withdrawal requests are initiated through the Back office Portal. Once the broker approves the request and it is successfully validated during the End of Day (EoD) process, the funds are directly credited to the customer’s designated bank account within two banking days.
How can I deposit funds into my account?
The customers can transfer their funds in the following ways:
