When you write to us, we hold the following: your name, email address, telephone number, the letter itself, and any documents you attach. When you subscribe to public research, we hold your email address and (optionally) your name.
When you engage us as a client, we additionally hold the KYC documentation required under Pakistani law and any correspondence relating to your engagement.
We use your information to (i) reply to your letter; (ii) deliver research to which you have subscribed; (iii) execute the services you have engaged us to provide; and (iv) comply with our regulatory obligations.
We do not use your information for automated profiling, targeted advertising, or any other purpose you have not been informed of.
Your information is seen only by principals and staff of the company who need to see it to do their job. It is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
It may be shared with regulators or law-enforcement authorities where required by Pakistani law, and with your broker (only in connection with services you have engaged us to provide).
Correspondence: five years from the last exchange. Client engagement records: as required by law (typically seven to ten years post-termination). Marketing consents: until you withdraw them.
You may (i) request a copy of the personal information we hold on you; (ii) request correction of inaccurate information; (iii) withdraw consent to receive our public research at any time; (iv) request deletion of information not required by law.

Our website uses no third-party marketing or advertising cookies. We use minimal server-side logging for security and reliability; those logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted.
