The company provides research, broker evaluation, and non-discretionary investment advisory services. The company does not take custody of client cash or positions and does not operate a proprietary trading book.
All executed transactions sit with the client\u2019s regulated broker, in the client\u2019s name. The client is the sole decision-maker on every trade.
Research published on the website is provided free of charge for educational and informational purposes. It is not investment advice, is not tailored to any individual\u2019s circumstances, and should not be relied upon as such.
Every note published carries the signature or attribution of the desk that produced it. Every attributed view is signed by a named principal of the company.
Advisory engagements are provided on a flat retainer basis, agreed in writing at the start of the engagement. The company does not charge performance fees.
Broker onboarding and research access is free of charge to individual clients.
All written material published on the website — including without limitation research notes, letters and memoranda — remains the intellectual property of the company. You may quote from published material for personal and educational use with attribution; you may not re-publish, re-distribute, or use it commercially without prior written consent.
The company\u2019s liability to any person for loss or damage of any nature arising from use of the website, or from services provided under a written engagement, is limited to the amount of fees paid by that person to the company in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or matters that cannot lawfully be limited under Pakistani law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
